If your query relates to a recent purchase, please have available your Castle Technology Invoice number as this will be required before we can issue a returns number.

If you did not purchase the Castle Technology product directly from Castle Technology, any warranty is, in the first place, with your supplier. You will need to contact your suppler and get them to tell you the Castle Technology invoice number on which the goods were supplied to them. As long as the goods are still in warranty with Castle Technology (the date of the Castle Technology invoice provides the start date for this warranty) we will be happy to deal directly with you.
