1) Check these web pages in the first instance to ensure that it is not a documented issue.

2) If not, call us on 01728 727 424 (Mon-Fri 9am-12pm) with your invoice number to hand, or

3) Email us at support@castle.org.uk. Please include as much detail as possible about your computer, any error messages etc.
